I’ve also had trouble getting a response for a while now…
I’ve got negative rollover from last month, but it states in the CC T&C that you don’t do negative rollover (unless it’s a chargeback, which it isn’t). I’m sure it’s just a default setting that needs changing…
Can someone please get back to me?
