I know a Cirrus player that claims they “always have money in their account” , if the manager is just going thru and giving bonus money I call that shaving. This player claims they never have to ask for a bonus, little do they know how it hurts the affiliate, and I am certain if a player doesn’t log into the casino to see the bonus money in their account, it is removed after the 1st?
