There’s two solutions for this:
1. Hire more people to scan for “bonus abuse” when someone cashes out.
or
2. Offer slightly lower bonuses that don’t have 10,001 items in the T&C to follow.
Either way, it will speed up cashouts, and make everyone happy.
And think of it this way:
The faster a player can cashout, the faster that same player can put some of their winnings back in.
