I am sorry, I hate to contradict you, but I have to since your stats do indicate what I am saying is true. That “net win” you are seing is calculated from all the “money” a player has in his account, unfortunately the “money” these players have in their account, is mostly bonus and manager credits, money we gave them. We can’t pay you commissions for the bonus money your players loose, only the real money.
So if you look at it well, these players had $7 in deposits in their account, plus 10k from manager credits and 7k from bonuses. This means that if they would have lost “all their money” the net win would have been 7+7+10= 24k in “Net Win”.
But that wasn’t the case. The fact is your players had $24K in their accounts, but only lost $13k, so WE DID NOT NET ANY PROFIT. They have either withdrawn or still have that difference.
And I am telling you, after seeing the RTG backend and checking your players accounts, that they did withdraw, I am even offering to show you proof. Some of that difference is still in their accounts, but most is money they withdrew.
The number you should look at is the “Net Profit” not “Net win” if you look at that, you will see the reality of your stats.
