I would rather a major publication fight the legal battle then a medium size affiliate site. At least they have the money to fight where an affiliate site may not over the long run.
I couldn’t agree more, but would they be willing to fight a legal battle? Quite a few companies decided to bend-over, do you think USA Today would enjoy the publicity from a gambling related charges?
