i have a feeling it was going to arrive late anyways as there have been reports that its taking longer to finalise the legislation and sot out what exactly will be in the new law.

and if accepted, it will delay UIGEA for a while – hopefully many months at least if it doesnt end up succeeding
I will be gratefull for each passing week / month past the deadline anyways
