Thanks for the idea. 
I have thought about setting up an offshore account, but to date I haven’t done so. After researching the subject for a few days, I came to the conclusion that it would be difficult, a bit risky, and it would cost thousands of dollars per year to maintain.
After NETeller died, I’ve been able to receive all of my commissions by check, wire, or EcoCard. There have been some delays along the way, but so far I haven’t actually “needed” to have an offshore account. I am still somewhat interested in the idea, though.
