well,, its a lot of div tagging so it looks confusing, id= is just a unique name there so theres not a need to look it up. do a search for featured casinos, then follow the div pattern for a new entry..
just get the code down to a small part.
well you know, I followed through it, what a freaking mess you have there, loks like it was an automated template generation that has no rhym or reason to the html layout.. good luck 
as I think your going to need the editor and plugins he used as this is all generated.
does the view source on your web page look like the actual html file? that would make a huge diff as well…
