Depending on your facilities you can block/bounce email sources and also words in the body of your mail.
I seemed to get stuck on the list earlier this week (20-30 per day) so I now bounce any email with any of the words Lottery, Lotto and Million in it …
(as I don’t promote lotto and don’t expect email notification of a million dollars anytime soon.)
