My GUESS would be no since they haven’t made good on their ‘please wait a week’ email – they are now over 48 hours beyond the 7 days and counting 
They started off pretty good with keeping us informed with emails – I hope they are not falling back into their old bag of ‘non-responsiveness’.
This is really starting (well, starting AGAIN) to be very frustrating.
