I’ve done some research into other sectors and decided that a) you need a lot more traffic to make it work and b) it probably helps if you know what you are talking about 
So i have gone a different way…I now look at buying domains and developing them into sites with traffic/SERPS in a particular field, then look to sell the site. It’ll take longer, but offers a more stable economy if you can do it. Just an idea.
