It is working. Unfortunately there is a bug, and sometimes the form needs to be completed a few times until the application is accepted.

Are you kidding me or what? I’m sorry but a computer works 0s and 1s and I have tried ten times to create the account without much success and I have varied usernames, passwords etc… A computer will never choose when it want to accept the application. :1circling
So is this the only help you are offering?
