Sorry I didn’t get to this yesterday. I threw my back out over the weekend and wasn’t in the office.
Anyway, this is an issue I have been trying to work on with the casino sites for a few weeks now. I am aware that on the sites it is only showing “credit card” as a deposit option in the cashier section and I am trying to have this changed to include a section for Int’l players.
The casino, in fact, offers multiple deposit and withdrawal options and they are listed as follows:
Deposit options:
Credit Card (Visa/MC)
Neteller (non-US)
Moneybookers (non-US)
Click2Pay (“non-US”)
Direct Cash
Wire
Withdrawal Options:
Electronic Check
Paper Check
Wire
Neteller (non-US)
Moneybookers (non-US)
myCitadel (non-US)
FirePay (non-US)
Click2Pay (“non-US”)
All of these options are visible in the Cashier of the casino, but not on the site. I am working hard to have this changed and hope to have it resolved soon.
