Singapore has not changed its stance with regards to online gambling.
They have approved the construction of two casinos in Singapore so some additional forms of gambling have been legalized – but online gambling is not likely to follow for at least a few years until they have studied the implications.
I just came back from Singapore and was asked about this very subject there – and had no choice but to skirt around the issue. There were three Singapore police officers in attendance, and at least one of them came to ask me questions 2-3x during the conference. I did not broach the subject of online gambling with him – I only answered his questions as best I could.
