There is no way the Defendents is going to allow 4-5 months for the Prosecution to come up with a case before having them show their hands. They know they are not going to be charged. They are draging it along allowing Neteller to give the DOJ,IRS the #’s they want on American citizens. Bush was complaining about Democrats on a Political Fishing Expidition in the Iraq Funding Bill. But the DOJ is doing the same exact thing and I guess thats ok.
