I have the SAME problem with Prism
For the past month I have updated and sent numerous requests to have the payment option switched from Neteller. I have yet to receive ONE response from Support. I tried calling Prism support only to be told NO ONE from the affiliate program could be reached – for the past month all affiliate support has apparently been in a “Meeting” and “Not Available”
If ANYONE has any luck contacting support PLEASE inform them of this “GLITCH”
in the update payment details.
