I just started to work with CPays to my disappointment so far. I find that 2/3 of my sign-ups are not tracked back to me. I have very loyal players who are also honest, we have a small community of beginners so I have a list of my own sign-ups and it shows 3 times the number of the report. Also none of my depositing players are tracked to me. When I first mentioned it to my manager with my first depositing player, nothing happened, but I didn’t care too much because he didn’t like the site and left, so I wouldn’t have earned much from him anyway. But as I have more players ther (or would have) it is a problem.
I think the reason not all of your sign-ups are tracked back to you might be because at one point in the past that player had clicked on another Cpays brand affiliate link which leaves a cookie on their computer and all further sign-ups would be tracked back to the original affiliate. Same with any that first use your link, then go to another affiliate site after and uses their link to sign up for something.. it will be tracked to you. So it’s really not so unfair.
The only way to solve this is to have your members clear their cookies before they click on your banner. I don’t know if everyone would go through all that just to open a new account but I think that would take care of it.
