Maxus I am calling Natalie to discuss your situation today. Please bear in mind their terms and conditions do state that you must be an active affiliate in order to continue to recieve commissions. Writing emails to them asking for commission is NOT being an ACTIVE affiliate.
Placing a few banners on your sites would have probably avoided all of this problem and may ultimately be a solution moving forward.
I personally do NOT like clauses which require a minimum number of players to be sent in order to receive commissions on existing players. I would NOT recommend joining a program with those terms in place. But if you DO have existing players and are earning thousands of dollars in commission with the program it probably makes sense to invest a little bit of exposure to maintain that relationship.
