I do something similar. I created one account to use as “primary” where I forward the email from all of the other accounts I create. Then I simply use my desktop email (similar to Outlook), to check the primary account.
I use Mailwasher to check for spam, delete or bounce anything I don’t want to download, and then download what I want to my desktop.
Each new place I have to use an email addy, I create a new one, so I can keep track of spam, and simply have it forwarded to my primary email account. So far, I’ve cut spam to barely 1-2 per week.
I think it’s very difficult to receive different emails to one account. I like when each email box has its own email folder. Outlook allows to do it.
