Excellent post Gooner (as usual). Great ideas. Yes their terms are flagged at AffiliateGuardDog.com, but at this point there is no place to escalate this. Sounds like a good addition to AffiliateGuardDog.com and I will look to figure out a way. I will try to at least make a post about this case as it shows exactly what we are trying to say…. Terms such as this WILL be used to your disadvantage.
