For a fee, you can get a “Visa Electron” card. It is a phsyical card. It does not look like a real creditcard, the lettering is not raised and has the words “Electronic use only”. I have used it at cash machines, but I have not used it at stores. I do not know if a store would accept it.

I got the card , What i need to know is , before i use it do i need to send $$ to it like neteller debit card or just use it
