It has to do with a section of the RCMP Criminal Act , if the sever or the processor is located in Canada ,knowingly takes a gambling bet and player is also in canada it is like running an illegal gambling house.I cant remember they exact wording but my lawyer made me aware of this last year in August .He also said for me to deal with MG casinos was a ‘gray area’ I choose to be color blind on that issue though lol.Not surprised by this and I will not even be surprised if alot of money options soon shut down for us with the banks in Canada.
