We’ve taken down our Fortune Lounge links today, and put up a player warning about Fortune Lounge’s unethical behavior in arbitrarily confiscating players’ money. I hope the people at Fortune Lounge will shape up quickly, so we can call this a misunderstanding and not permanently blacklist Fortune Lounge casinos. We have a lot of traffic and a lot of credibility with recreational players.
The fact is, it is idiotic for any online casino personnel to label the play in question “syndicate play.” Anyone who knows anything at all about gambling would know that this couldn’t possibly be syndicate play. Any syndicate this dumb would have gone out of business long ago.
This is classic small-time bonehead play by someone who read a bonehead post at twoplustwo. The player wanted to win, but he truly risked his money, he complied with the terms and conditions, and further, he gave up almost all of his earnings on house edge at roulette! And now Fortune Lounge wants to totally blow their casinos’ credibility, in the present legal climate, over something this small time?
This behavior is too dumb for words.
