Essentially Roxy isn’t accepting U.S. players right now — perhaps that is the problem? I believe they do accept credit cards, but that doesn’t always work (and it isn’t supposed to work at all, actually). Hopefully Roxy will have EcoCard and some other deposit/withdrawal options available soon.
