Sucks that they short-cutted taking the screenshots themselves to steal them from you, but I’m not sure you can copyright a screen capture of something that is public domain anyway 
On the other hand if they are stealing and altering unique graphics designed by you without your consent, then you have a legitimate gripe and the dirtbags should be lined up and shot.
