Just send it to player’s account and then let player’s cash out as they wish.
I am not sure why thye just don’t allow player’s accounts to stay open for withdrawals, but restrict deposits and play if they don’t want US Citizens allowed.
At least then we could do an inter-account transfer to a friend in another country.
