I finally received payment for january – however very close to 50% of what I initially expected to receive has gone down the chargeback hole :cuss:

A very good explanation from Casino Coins about all these chargebacks would be much appreciate. I hear some talk about ‘bad debt’ – what is ‘bad debt’ and what does it have to do with me?

Why is this happening right now and apparently only at Casino Coins?

I can imagien that there is pleanty of work to do for all casinos right now and to some extend I can accept a delay once in a while.

However a little open comunication would be much appriciated – writing a short explanation should not take long…..

Also if this should happen again in the future atleast it would be nice to get a notice IF payment is late – some of us has bills to pay you know.
