A bit late getting in on this thread, but I’ve got a balance now… a couple hundred bucks. It was zero as of January 29th, as I was able to transfer to non US member and get my balance moved to Stars.
I can’t think of any transfers that were not accepted, and I nothing shows in the log to let me know where the money came from.
Odd indeed.
