Has anyone gotten a response from them as to why they are not letting us get our monies? Our account is not even USA and we can’t get anything. We’re trying the atm card and it keeps saying funds not available – their answer thus far is that the process is happening just taking longer than usual… mind you it’s been a week since we transferred monies to the card.
