Look guys, the fact is your group is currently not paying it’s U.S. customers. Many U.S. players relied on Neteller and do no have Ecocards or Click2pay accounts, nor do they want to open new Ewallet accounts.
It is unreasonable for your group to expect our customers to jump through so many hoops in order to be paid.
Your groups should certainly be able to find a way to pay these players via check. To say that you have no control over this problem is absurd.
Really, you’re dropping the ball on this one. Please take responsibility for this instead of blaming “others”, and solve the problem.
