Yes as Gamblersland said…. I funded my card from paypal just to see if all went ok, it was fine, used it at the atm to withdraw, being it accepts wire….it will work for wires from affil accounts. Wired plastic also works at ecocard for your bank…. I haven’t yet sent funds from ecocard…so not sure on time..
I also use netspend , but you can’t wire to netspend…only ach…. I have gotten my payments in with no problems using netspend, 2 day processing and $1 charge. Used netspend to fund wired plastic thru paypal . Also Netspend works for deposits at referspots and rtg’s ….. couldn’t find any other micros that it worked at…. Netspend also has instant, no charge peer to peer transfers
