With respect to Paypal to Neteller funds transfer.
Neteller is in such a vulnerable state right now…IMHO..this would be a risky transfer of funds.
I am in Canada and am having difficult getting my funds out of Neteller.
Lot’s and Lot’s of excuses as to why my $CDN funds transfer is not happening.
So anyone wishing to take $200 real cash and put it into Neteller should certainly get a risk premium.
