Funny this should be the first post I read while logging on tonight. I deposit $20 using my Visa debit card into Sun Vegas this evening. Went to withdraw $2000 and picked ACH as one of my options, filled in the info and continued playing.
Figured I would check with live chat just to make sure my withdrawal wouldn’t be held up and sure enough was informed that my only option for withdrawal as a US player is Click2Pay. Well that is just fine and dandy since I no longer have a Click2Pay account and at this point in time can’t apply.
So that is how US players are getting paid at Vegas Parter casinos. Maclen from customer support was very sympathetic, and I wouldn’t want his job right now. Perhaps these casinos need to hire more programmers to constantly update their software and banking interface to only allow US players to deposit with the same method they can withdraw. If they did that they could eliminate the backlog of customer support inquiries. Just had to vent!
