i’m not based in US, so i can really feel the folks who have issues receiving money for reasons i wish not to disclose.
i do have a proposition though…swiss bank accounts.
i will not do it for personal gain as i fucking care less, i just don’t want to see people talking about the same issues forever.
the account works as the following: you must have a deposit of XX$ at any given point of time, but it’s not registered anywhere.

That I-robot card looks as dodgy as they come though – it’s a short 4 page site – with almost no background information and under it’s USEFULL LINKS (sp?) page it’s still empty.
It talks about an internet banking facility but I could not find a link to it ??
While the site is pretty – it’s hardly informative – and unless we’ve got a few people here who have used it successfully I wouldn’t touch it with a bargepole.

But the Gold Exchange looks to be a better option- seems to have more depth to it – although calling itself the London Gold Exchange is a laugh …
It’s not nearly as authoritive as that name sounds – it’s an e-gold exchange that happens to have a registered address in London – rather than being LONDONs gold exchange.
Much appreciated for this link though – I will be checknig it out.
