I DID click all the links and did read all the information. It looks good.
I-ROBOT
I did click all the links – i read nothing except the blandest of descriptions – and a thin schedule of fees. Which bit “looked good” to you ?
For the Irobot card to be “accepted at 800,000 ATMS” it needs to be affiliated to one of the major switch groups, visa, mcard, amex (etc) but they neglect to mention anything of use.
Sure – it’s only $20 – but a little more info would have been useful.
E-GOLD
As for the e-gold and exchanges – it appears that this is a thriving business.
Check out e-golds list of possible exchanges at :
http://www.e-gold.com/unsecure/links.htm
This lists the available exchanges and a whole lot of merchants …
This is obviously a legitimate enterprise and huge dollars (the wikipedia entry mentions that they have more gold reserves now than most small countries  ) …
Of course as a virtual enterprise account security is a huge concern – because your account is only as safe as your id and password – so you should take appropriate precautions.
But e-gold does calim to have over 3,000,000 accounts and I really can see THIS being the future of casino gambling payments – it’s a well established enterprise that could handle the extra volume easily.
A great way to avoid USD entanglements – that’s IF casinos adopt it of course.
Thanks for THIS link Bob.
