I telephoned someone from the wire processing department Saturday 3rd February and he told me that the wire transfer system was down for 1.5 – 2 weeks, but now it is back online, and my wire was sent. I’m waiting until Friday and then I will telephone and email them again. It is friggin ridiculous.
