I used to own a company that had a Canadian director who could draw funds. The criteria was (this is about 6 years ago) that it had to be a UK “Limited” company (about £80 to set up) and that one director had to be UK resident.
I met a chap by coincidence at ICE who is MD of http://www.sovereigngroup.com out of Gibraltar. They specialise in setting up offshore accounts. The guys name was Ian Le Breton and I think they do work for 32Red and also set up for Webzcas. May be worth investigating.
