They do that often. Unfortunately, they do it for politcal gain. They don’t do it in an effort to “make things right” and they typically don’t make attempts to prosecute. Why? Because they’re all in the same club, and they would all prefer public ridicule to legal prosecution. OOOOPS, Senator, you weren’t sneaky enough! haha. See you at the country club.

Yeah, that is troubling. Fortunately for me, my interest is academic. I think they won’t survive this. I think they aren’t liquid enough to pay, even if they didn’t have other restraints.
