Q. Will tracking for my poker.com players remain the same?
A. All existing players (and your new players) will remain tracked with your current affiliate account and will be tracked as per usual.
Q. Should any of my players start playing at CarbonPoker.com, will I continue to be credited for those players?
A. Our poker room rules will apply to the network as well. Players are not permitted to open multiple accounts at this time, so no existing players shall be opening accounts at CarbonPoker.com.
In addition, here is some information you may like to pass onto your player base if / when you receive questions from them.
Q. Why does CarbonPoker.com have the same amount of players as this other Poker website?
A. CarbonPoker.com players access the same poker network as a group of other websites. While two players might be playing at the same table, but from two different poker websites, they are part of the same poker network.
