Well it’s a big coincidence that 21.com is based in Gibraltar too, probably in the same Europort premises. Gibraltar doesn’t offer that many licenses and it’s actually quite hard to get one. My hunch is that it is a subsidiary, with 888holdingsplc.com as the umbrella company.
But I guess I’m just splitting hairs and it’s not really that important in the end
