Dear All,

I just wanted to calm you down about the payments, and describe to you our situation after the NETeller and others stopped any transactions for US based customers.

We are restructuring our accounting procedures, as now most of the transactions have to be done through earlier unusual payment methods, such as Western Union, MoneyGram and BankWire. After NETeller stopped its operations in US, we had to face an unexpected situation of sorting out all of our NETeller players’ payouts through other means. The situation became more difficult when all other payment companies, decided to apply the same rules as NETeller.

We are proud to say, that we were able to contact all of the active players, and come to alternative solutions with them. However, you can imagine that all these events forced us to work on a lot of new policies, banking methods, etc., which has slowed temporary our payouts. All non-US affiliates, whose payments are still pending, are getting paid this weekend and next week. With all of our US affiliates, we are processing bank wires, checks, existing click2pay accounts and money grams. We’ve been trying to call each one of US affiliates, to confirm the new payout method.
