I called them to clarify this – they are currently not accepting EFT deposits for the next week or so, due to the busy-ness. However, total time for receipt of EFT withdrawals is 3-4 weeks from time of request. They have NOT stopped processing EFT withdrawals, according to the gentleman I spoke with. I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt on this, since I really have no other choice.
