My real intent upon starting this thread was getting Affiliate Managers to respond to their specific program recommendations. So far there is only a couple Aff. Managers responding, REFERBACK, CASINO REWARDS, MORE, are you listening?
I think it would be a good idea to leave this thread for recommendations for commission payments from the Programs.
Maybe someone could start a new thread concerning recommendations for options for PLAYERS. I realize they overlap but there are differences. I.E. cash flowing in and cash flowing out!
