I am sure they are right now. I do not doubt that but, they have always been this way since they went live. I have run into a few problems since I have had an account and each time, it’s like pulling teeth to get assistance. I would say at least a week or two, usually getting switched around to all different departments to get a simple problem resolved.
Yes, they have an excuse now. Not the past couple of years.
