BB1 Click2Pay uses a star rating system for clients. The number of stars you have dictate how much money you can deposit. When you first sign up you are 1 star and the maximum amount I can deposit at 1 star is $92.00 
I cant even do that because they have not verified my bank account and arent responding to the support requests I sent.
