From what I have read:
Some guy transfered money to a foreign e-wallet – so far nothing illegal.
The e-wallet transfered money to a gambling website – nothing illegal, it is allowed where the e-wallet is based.
I hope the “hippie” will fight the system – he has a pretty good chance.
