Having done this for six years now, I tend to agree with Amcan. Yes, meetings can be useful. Yes, conferences often are useful also. But it’s the less formal gatherings that tend to produce the best information. Not entirely sure the brew is the reason, but who knows…. I think it’s more likely the more relaxed situation.
