We have been checking into the Neteller payment problem all day. This is the latest update we have received from Proc-Cyber, the financial clearing house – those who directly transfer the payments to the various online wallets (direct quote):
“It is only the Neteller affiliate batch that has not been processed as yet, I have sent the file to Neteller… it is pending on their website waiting to be issued. I phoned Neteller earlier today and they were aware of the “Batch Upload” failure on their website and advised that their IT team were looking into the issue. I will check the account during the course of tomorrow.”
We are really REALLY sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately we have very little (none) control over Neteller’s computer problems. I hope this will be sorted out asap.
And I swear…. I will never report the cabbage delivered until it’s in your bowls.
