We really are looking at player issues much more closely. In fact, we’re working with many other groups to try to bring some consistancy to player issues and how they are handled… plus how the information is distributed to players.
We’re considering really educating players on how these skins work… 787Poker is a skin of “poker nexus”… owned by Chartwell Tech… based in Calgary. Tomorrow they get a call, I think… It’s time we see how they feel about the issue.
787 also has the IGC logo on their site. I’ve spoker with Janet up in Vancouver a few times. Perhaps they can lite a fire under their butts…
