I have a unhealed fracture in my left foot since 1998 ,I HAD SO MUCH PAIN AND trouble with the pins and wires .Last year i got them to pull a pin out and now it is much better. Orthopedic surgery can get trickly ,dont get frustrated these things take time.I have had 7 surgeries now ,one cosmetic and 6 necessary .If i were a car i would be in the scrap yard now lol
